Jerry is a graduate of the California College of Mortuary Science in Los Angeles. He has been a licensed funeral director and embalmer since 1976, and employed at Merchant Memorial Group since 1989. His free time is spent with his family that includes his number of children and grandchildren.

Richard grew up in Clarkson, graduating from Clarkston High School in 1999. He received his Associates Degree from the Clarkston branch of Walla Walla Community College and his Bachelors and Masters in English from Washington State University. Richard began working for Merchant Memorial Group in May of 2012. In August of 2024 Richard will be taking a sabbatical leave to further his education and personal interests at Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, Georgia.

Brooke joined Memorial Group in July of 2024. She is enrolled at Arapahoe Community College to gain her license as a Funeral Director/Embalmer and continue her education specializing in grief. She spends her free time outdoors, enjoying local restaurants, and connecting with her community.

Nathan grew up in Boise, graduating from Borah Highschool in 2007. He received his Bachelors Degree in Saxophone performance in 2012 and his Masters Degree in Exercise Science in 2022, from University of Idaho. He joined Merchant Memorial Group in March of 2026. He enjoys music, serving his community, and adventuring outdoors with his two dogs and wife.

Kaitlin grew up in Clarkston, graduating from Clarkston Highschool in 2009. She then received her Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute of Seattle. She joined Merchant Memorial Group in the fall of 2025. In her free time she is either hosting her friends for dinner or on the golf course with her husband and son.

Jon joined Merchant Memorial Group in October of 2013 as a prearrangement advisor. Jon grew up in Southern California and graduated from Irvine High School. His claim to fame is that he played football against Will Ferrell in high school. Jon spends most of his spare time with his family and is active in his church.
